(so called) chocolate tiramisu

I got the recipe from CBeebies's program "I Can Cook", a program for children to cook. It shall be easy! You can find the recipe here, but they name it chocolate and mandarin pudding. I made it in different way, you know view-copy-modify method rocks! :)

here it goes....

Ingredients:
  • a cup of coffee
  • 1 level teaspoon of chocolate powder (to sprinkle)
  • some biscuits... since I cant find any lady finger in town :p
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate which is already melted. I used chocolate bar instead of cooking chocolate, because that is what I had on my fridge
  • whipped cream to mixed with melted chocolate
  • 75g cream cheese
  • 125g plain natural yoghurt
  • 2 spoon of castor sugar
  • Half teaspoon vanilla extract

How to do:

1. whisk the cream cheese until smooth then add yoghurt, castor sugar and vanilla extract then whisk again.
2. mix the melted chocolate and whipped cream until it becomes half dilute

3. put 2 layers of biscuits on a bowl, drink the coffee and make another cup, pour it with a half cup of coffee.

 4. spoon the chocolate mixture to cover all the biscuits

5. pour a layer of the cream cheese mixture
6. do again step 3 until 5 to make another layers
7. sprinkle chocolate powder on top, make some garnish with the left over chocolate melt, cover and place in the fridge for about an hour.
8. EAT and get fat!!! :)
