Belated Anniversary Dinner



The dinner wasn't planned. I apparently saw lobsters at traditional markets and have promised my self that if I see gigantic lobsters again at the market I will definitely buy some. The first time I see one was a week ago when I hit the market with my mom, but didn't buy it. Then I told my husband about their size and he wished I would just buy them... and I said... yeah, maybe for the next anniversary! :p



In short... I decided it to be our belated anniversary dinner, since I didn't make anything on our last anniversary because of jet lag. Husband wasn't the only one who was so happy with the dinner, the kiddo was so excited as well. He said he was eating "monster" not lobster... :)) And of course the mom was the happiest of all because everybody was so satisfy with her cooking ;)

I will share the recipe in bahasa...



Bahan:
1 kg lobster
3 sdm tepung terigu
1 sdm susu bubuk
tepung roti (sesuai kebutuhan yaaaak)
garam +merica secukupnya
2 siung bawang putih and bawang merah trus di cincang
1/2 tomat dicincang
1 butir telur
3 siung bawang putih and jahe sejempol buat rebus lobster

 Sauce:
errr.... gw selalu masak sauce pake feeling, apa yang gw pikir enak dimasukin ya gw masukin. Jadi sekarang gw lupa dah apa aja yang gw masukin kemaren.... maap yaaak :p
Yaaah pokoknya melibatkan bawang2an, kecap inggris, saus tomat, susu seiprit, maizena dikit biar kental, garam and merica... sama air. Gitu kayanya dah...

Lanjuuut!

Caranya:
-belah dua sang lobster yang gagah perwira. Kalo gw sih minta tolong si mas jualan karena cangkang lobster itu keras boook, kaya cangkang kepiting.
-rebus lobster sekejap pake bawang putih and jahe dan garam. lalu tiriskan
- Keluarin isi lobster, jangan sampe merusak cangkangnya.
-cangkang dan bagian kepala yang susah dikeluarin di goreng sama bawang putih supaya oily and wangi.
- campur telor, tepung terigu, susu bubuk, garam, merica, dan bawang2an dan tomat
-celupin isi lobster ke campuran telor, terus cemplungin ke tepung roti lalu goreng
-masukin lagi isi lobster yang udah digoreng ke cangkang
-hidang sama saos
-MAKAN!
-jangan lupa cuci piring

note: jangan khawatir sama kholesterol karena ternyata kadar kolesterol lobster ternyata lebih rendah daripada ayam.... (kata mbah google). Cuma kalo sering-sering dompet aja yang sakit. :p Oh ya satu lagi, gw belum cek sih status si lobster ini untuk masalah kelestariannya... apakah masuk zona merah, kuning apa hijau. Yaaaah, maap yaaak, gw baru kali ini kok makan lobster beneran.... hahahahahakkkk....
